Meet! 

Elly Wood

MA, LAMFT (She/Her/Hers)

Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

 

Elly is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working towards her license as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She believes that therapy can be beneficial for all. During sessions, Elly embraces a positive attitude and provides a non-judgmental comfortable atmosphere, offering encouragement towards finding a better self.

 

Elly's approaches are Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Narrative that is empowering and optimistic. Elly received her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler Graduate School in September 2022, and she completed her internship at Arubah Emotional Services while working with a variety of individuals including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and teens in juvenile detention.



Elly currently works with adolescents and adults ages 14 and up and she also provides couples and family therapy. Elly is certified in Divorce and Family Mediation-The Transformative Approach and she is a Qualified Mediator on the Minnesota Supreme Court's Roster of Qualified Neutrals.

 

In her free time, Elly likes to travel, hike/walk, garden, ride horses, bike, or do anything that is outdoors and active.

Ashley Camacho

MS, LPCC (She/Her/Hers)

Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling

& Mental Health Therapist

 

Ashley is a compassionate and skilled therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Viterbo University, La Crosse WI. She began her career in 2015, working with teens/adolescents and young children (ages 2-6); then eventually broadened her scope to working with adults. She has worked in Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient settings. Within these levels of care, she has treated patients with primary diagnoses of (but not limited to) Major Depressive Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, and Eating Disorders.

 


Ashley uses research-based techniques and models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Based Therapy (FBT). She is a firm believer in early intervention, which is why her primary population of clients focuses on children, teenagers, young adults, and their families. Not only is she known for her out-going, charismatic personality, but also for her love of sweet treats, quality time with friends and family, and dachshunds!
