Carve out Some Time for Yourself this Halloween

Don’t worry if you’re not in the mood to hand out candy or go to a Halloween party. Engage in self-care instead.

Make Yourself Feel Bootiful & Trick or Treat Yourself to a Halloween Spa! Halloween Stress-Relief Bath Recipe:

Use your favorite smells and essential oils to create your own Halloween bath. Here are some ideas:

  • 10 drops lavender essential oil

  • 10 drops bergamot essential oil

  • 4 Tablespoons sweet almond (carrier) oil

  • 2 cups Epsom salt

  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla

  • Orange peel ribbons

1) Mix the essential oils into the sweet almond oil. Fill your tub with very warm water. Once full, add the salt. Swish with your hand to dissolve. Then add the oil mixture and vanilla and swish again. Then scatter orange peels on top.

2) Pick out your favorite smelling fall candles. Some good fall scents include Vanilla, Pumpkin, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, Bourbon, or Caramel. Light your favorite candles and scatter them at the edge of your bathtub.

3) Get some mini pumpkins or jack-o-lanterns and add them around the tub.

4) Dim the lights.

5) Get into the tub and soak 20 minutes.
