Known for her detail-oriented approach, Wesley is committed to ensuring accurate and time-sensitive processing of client services. She serves as a reliable and resourceful team member, always available to address client questions regarding claims and account balances.

 

Her core responsibilities include working closely with insurance companies on claims processing, completing prior-authorizations, following up on denials, and managing appeals. Additionally, Wesley expertly handles all aspects of client financial management, including statements, payments, payment arrangements, past-due notices, and client refunds.

 

Driven by a strong social justice orientation, Wesley actively works with underserved populations. Her commitment was recently demonstrated through securing funding for individuals seeking life-changing healthcare via a local non-profit partnership.

 

In her personal time, Wesley is an avid reader of fantasy and sci-fi novels, with the Dungeon Crawler Carl series being her current favorite. She enjoys a range of creative hobbies, including painting, crocheting, building Lego, and playing video games. Wesley loves spending time with her husband and two dogs, Milo and Olive, whether on an adventure or simply enjoying a relaxed moment at home.
