MA (He/Him/His)
Mental Health Therapist
Trevor Flick graduated with his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2024. He is a pre-licensed therapist working towards his Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology at Augsburg University to obtain licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (LP). Trevor has previous experience working in a variety of community support roles and in outpatient mental health clinics. Currently, he provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults, with experience in helping people manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
Trevor believes in creating a nonjudgmental and collaborative environment, where each person’s unique experiences and beliefs are appreciated and integrated into their care. In practice, he draws from evidence-based therapies, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support individuals in understanding their thoughts and feelings, making empowered choices, and moving towards a life they want for themselves, even in the presence of difficulty. Above all, Trevor aims to create a safe and supportive space where each person feels heard, understood, and valued.
When he is not in office, Trevor enjoys being out in nature, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family.
