Shannon Ireland earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. She is working towards being independently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and she has an interest in providing services to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. Shannon has a passion for helping clients in the LGBTQ+ community, and those wanting to improve their relationship dynamics.

Shannon enjoys using Solution Focused practices to assist clients in meeting their personal short and long term goals. She also sees the benefits of utilizing Narrative therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods to guide clients through reframing their stories and healing from their past. Shannon believes therapy is an important part of understanding yourself; and that understanding your past and your relationships, are an important step in the discovery process to illicit change.
Outside of work, Shannon has a passion for reading and spending time with her husband and their two cats.
