Jenni has over 20 years of experience in office administration and management and has specific experience in the mental health field. Jenni manages the daily operations at Serenity and leads by a positive example. She handles human resources and company relations with a refreshingly candid approach. She refines office policies, procedures, and compliance for employees and she facilitates working relationships with insurance companies and other external contractors. She is integral to Serenity’s client relations and satisfaction and works with clients, employees, and contractors in a genuine and authentic manner. She is involved in Serenity’s community outreach and event planning.
