Fabio Anifrani is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and completed advanced practice training as a PMHNP, building on more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership and direct patient care. His background includes work in inpatient psychiatry, medical-surgical nursing, and community-based care, experiences that give him a broad perspective on the complex relationship between physical and mental health.

 

Fabio provides diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning for adolescents, adults, and older adults. He specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and mood instability. Central to his work is patient advocacy and empowerment- helping clients become confident in their care, develop independence, and actively participate in treatment decisions.

 

Fabio’s approach emphasizes collaboration, listening closely to each client’s goals, and tailoring care to support both symptom relief and long-term well-being. He integrates safe prescribing with holistic wellness strategies to promote recovery and resilience. Above all, Fabio is committed to creating spaces where clients feel empowered, supported, and able to rise into their fullest potential. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his dog, Phoebe.
