Tuesdays from 6 to 7 PM

Psychoeducational group working on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills for all those 18+. DBT focuses on developing mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. DBT works to improve social, coping, and impulse control skills and decrease symptoms related to Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, and more.
