Ashley Richardson earned her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2018 from Argosy University, Twin Cities and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Winona State University in 2014. Ashley has a variety of work experiences which include community-based, school-based, and outpatient mental health clinics. Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, infidelity, and relational conflict (either couples or families). Ashley also has a passion for working with individuals diagnosed with chronic illness, as well as their family members who are impacted by the diagnosis. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families. Ashley has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Structural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and group therapy. Ashley uses a collaborative approach with her clients to foster growth and positivity. She also has a passion for growth and a desire to expand her expertise in a variety of areas within the mental health field.
