Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling
& Mental Health Therapist
Ashley is a compassionate and skilled therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Viterbo University, La Crosse WI. She began her career in 2015, working with teens/adolescents and young children (ages 2-6); then eventually broadened her scope to working with adults. She has worked in Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient settings. Within these levels of care, she has treated patients with primary diagnoses of (but not limited to) Major Depressive Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, and Eating Disorders.
Ashley uses research-based techniques and models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Based Therapy (FBT). She is a firm believer in early intervention, which is why her primary population of clients focuses on children, teenagers, young adults, and their families. Not only is she known for her out-going, charismatic personality, but also for her love of sweet treats, quality time with friends and family, and dachshunds!
