Zach has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and has worked in the medical field since 2016. Zach is passionate about helping others and it shows in his patient-centered and kind demeanor. Zach has worked as a Nursing Assistant in long-term care, assisted living, and on dementia or memory care units. Zach easily establishes rapport with clients with his skills in active listening and his attention to detail. He has served as a clinic coordinator in the mental health outpatient setting. Zach coordinates patient care for Serenity in the area of intake and administration. As our TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) coordinator, he serves as the key person in community outreach for TMS client and provider referral education and coordination of TMS services.
